Piper's Wrap Dress & Panty Pattern

Piper's Wrap is a unique, reversible, easy to sew, easy to wear canvas for your creative genius.  The dress features three armhole openings and no fasteners.  The front provides ample room for embroidery or applique'.  The cover models are each made of three coordinating fabrics (dress, lining and binding), but would be equally sweet in 1 or 2 fabrics.  The binding is most easily attached with a bias binder attachment for your sewing maching.  There are also instructions for traditional bias binding.  Size 6m to 6 years.
