Frannie Baby is a two-piece sleeveless outfit for girls. The lined top has underarm casings with ties that allow for an adjustable fit. The unlined panties have elastic at the waist and legs. Leg edge is finished with a small ruffle. Optional underarm gathering: 1/4" elastic may be used to gather underarms is place of fabric ties. Omit the two buttonholes on each side and insert one continuous piece of elastic through casing which is tacked at each end of casing.
