Serged Forrest Placemats with Coordinating Napkins
This class is designed especially for our Bernina L890 serger owners. You will use specialty thread with both coverstitch and overlock techniques to make this set of placemats. Our kit features fabrics from Anna Maria's beautiful Silver Lining and Cozy Christmas collections. We will plan to complete the fabric panels for 12 trees (enough for four placemats), and complete the piecing of one placemat in class, and will demonstrate the easy technique for making the napkins. If you'd like, you can sign up for Sewing Therapy the following day and continue working on your placemats. Make plans to pack up your wonderful L890 and join us!
There will be a bit of pre-class preparation needed so that we can make the most of our class time. Registrants will be contacted with details.
