Learn the basic smocking stitches and make an insert to be added to a stocking for someone special.  Class includes pattern and instructions for making the stocking, in addition to the pleated insert and smocking instructions.  You will learn the smocking in class and will go over the construction so that you can complete your project at home.  Or Carolyn is willing to construct your stocking for a $10 fee.  Smocking needs to be completed before constructing the stocking.
